[bioontology-support] [BioPortal] Issues with MEDDRA in REDCap

Hi John,

 

We’re having a lot of REDCap users reporting today and yesterday that when querying against the MEDDRA ontology via the BioPortal API via REDCap, it always returns an empty set of results, regardless of the search values provided in the search query. Even if I try to perform a MEDDRA search on https://bioportal.bioontology.org/search, no results are returned there also.

 

Are you aware of any issues with the BioPortal web service, specifically for MEDDRA? Thanks so much for any advice you can provide.
